As a current player in the NLL with the Toronto Rock, Dan remains deeply involved in the sport of lacrosse. Starting in his teenage years through junior and into the NLL Dan has had an exciting career winning 3 NLL championships, 3 Mann Cups, 1 MLL championship, and 3 WILC Team Canada Championships. Lacrosse has been a lifelong passion. Dan's my goal is to share that passion with younger players and develop them as athletes and individuals. He has coached for the last 4 years within the Burlington Minor Lacrosse Association and Dan is currently the Director of Youth programming at the Toronto Rock Athletic Center. Dan's coaching philosophy is to grow the love the game of lacrosse through skill development, competition, sportsmanship, and fun.
Sandy has a long history with lacrosse starting as a minor and finishing his career with 17 seasons in the National Lacrosse League (NLL) winning 5 NLL Championships, 3 Mann Cups, 3 CUFLA championships, and the NLL defender of the year. Sandy has coached various age groups (boys and girls) from U7 to U13. As a coach, Sandy's dedication is to promoting youth participation in lacrosse and to help grow the Burlington Minor Lacrosse Association. As a member of the Board, Sandy is passionate about promoting and growing the game of lacrosse at the grassroots level. The goal for the season is for all his players to have fun, want to return next year, and continue to play the game that Sandy loves so much.
