...a great opportunity for newcomers or returning players to come out
and enjoy lacrosse in a fun, less intense environment.

When?

• Tuesday evenings (8:00pm): Skills & drills focus
• Sunday evenings (7:00pm): Scrimmages and games against other LOLAX centers (like Milton)

Dates: Mid-April to end of June 
Location: Mainway Arena

• Select BOX Sr Womens HL (LOLAX) from the registration menu
• Fee: $275.00

What's Needed?

• Protective equipment: helmet, shoulder pads, arm guards (hockey equipment is acceptable)
• No experience necessary!

What is LOLAX?

• A no-contact version of box lacrosse (NLL/MSL style).
• Focus on skills development and friendly competition, with minimal physical contact (stick-to-stick, basic guide & push).
