The last time a Burlington U15 team brought home a Gold Medal at "A" Provincials was 33 years ago.
Our U15 A team achieved a long list of team success this season: "A" Tournament champions x2, Zone "A" champions, 1st place ranking at "A" Qualifiers and finally winning Gold Medal at the "A" Provincials.
What an accomplishment for a group of players who been together since Tyke and Novice and have grown together in the BMLA each season. Their hard work and dedication have paid off. Each and every one of them should be proud of what they accomplished together.
Thanks to our trainer, Ryan Albanese, for always putting the players safety first with quick reaction and response to injuries and helping boys stay cool and hydrated all season.
Thank you to our coaches, Shawn, Mark and Steve and Nolan, for your time with this group. You have instilled such a hard-working “team first” mindset with these boys.
Thank you, to all our parents, grandparents, friends and family that has been there every year, supporting the full team.
