Below is the fee and payment schedule for the 2026 season.
Some notes about our fee payment schedule:
- This year we are not having a "tryout fee".
- Players registering for rep programs are expected to pay the upfront amount in the fee payment schedule prior to tryouts or starting participation.
- Those trying out for a rep box team and not making a team may have their registration transferred to a box houseleague registration with no additional cost.
- If fees were paid in full (or above the houseleague fee), then the difference owed to the registrant will be refunded in full.
- Those trying out for a rep team, and not making a team, and not playing houseleague, may have any fees paid refunded as per our Cancellation Policy.
- Fees for those opting into the U7 Junior Blaze program is an additional $150 on top of the U7 box houseleague registration. Those opting into the U7 Select team is an additional $275 on top of the U7 box houseleague registration.
- Affiliated Player (AP) or Practice-Only Player fees apply and vary program-to-program and by age. Please contact the discipline director if you have questions about these.
Why have we moved towards asking for payment (partial or full) upfront?
- Our organization has grown 50% in the last five years and the effort to chase families for payment post-tryouts is not sustainable for the volunteers in our organization.
- We are attempting to improve our delivery of uniforms and apparel. This involves ordering in advance and subsequently paying.
- As our organization has grown our offseason expenses have also grown including insurance, pre-paying league fees, banking fees, storage fees, etc, etc. Waiting for payment part way or completely through the season is not sustainable for our organization.
