New from the BMLA in 2026:
Recreational Youth Development &
Beginner Program for Ages U7–U13
Families can expect a fun, relaxed environment where kids learn lacrosse skills and game play at their own pace.
House League – Fun, Learning, and Friendship for All
Many families think Burlington Blaze is only for REP players, and that can feel intimidating for young athletes. While REP is an option for those who want to compete at a higher level, our House League is the perfect place for kids to start.
House League focuses on learning the game the right way, developing skills, and making new friends in a supportive, fun environment.
We welcome players in Kindergarten through 6th grade (U7–U13)—no experience is required! Every child is encouraged to join, try new things, and discover their love of lacrosse.
*** FREE TRY LACROSSE DAYS
Try Lacrosse is a fun, free introduction to lacrosse for kids who’ve never played before!
Come out with friends, learn the basics, and see what lacrosse is all about in a welcoming, no-pressure environment.
