After a slow start to the season, and welcoming many brand new players to the team, the Burlington Blaze U15-2 team earned a Gold medal in the "D" division at the Provincial Championship.
Thunderstorms threatened to hold the game off but they finished with only moments to spare before the rain and strong winds blew through.
Led and held together by Coach Darrin Wilkins, a coach who works year round, his age group always has a competitive team. Sometimes short of players they find brand new athletes who buy in.
A wonderful group of parents keep this bus on the road and they're succeeding!
